• When inquiring about an item, please include your phone number in the event that your email is not working properly. I respond to every letter, so if you don't hear from me, your server may be down or there may be a problem with the "reply to" on your email message. Please email back and leave a telephone number. I get lots of returned mail that I can't track down and your order is important to me!
• All items are priced each and firm. All prices listed are my best price.
• Items payable by check or money order. I do not accept any credit cards at this time.
• All pieces are in excellent condition unless otherwise specified. Our definition of "excellent" means no chips, cracks, major factory flaws, excessive wear, and no repairs. Most of the items for sale at this site are 40-70 years old and therefore I consider a few faint surface scratches to be expected. I will indicate any damage, significant factory flaws, and anything more than light wear.
• Please reserve only items that you wish to purchase. All items held for seven (7) days only. I expect you to send your payment promptly after reserving an item. I will gladly set aside any items you intend to purchase for 7 days, allowing plenty of time for me to receive your payment. When I reserve items for you, I expect that you will be sending your payment immediately! If payment does not arrive here within 7 days, your hold will expire and items will be sold to the next interested customer. If for any reason you need to cancel or revise your order, please do not hesitate to contact me.
• Postage and insurance extra. Items are shipped UPS.
• Returns accepted in 5 days with our mark intact and prior notification. If the item is not as described, I will refund the purchase price plus return postage. If you do not like the "look" of the piece or change your mind, I will accept returns with the purchaser paying the return postage.
